The Chair will play a key role in shaping the organization's vision, setting the strategic direction, and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Accountability to Scottish Ministers
• Leading the Board to shape the organization's vision and set the strategic direction
• Holding the Chief Executive and Leadership Team to account
• Ensuring financial stewardship and compliance with the Scottish Public Finance Manual
• Setting charge limits to protect the interests of customers
• Working with industry quality regulators, consumer representatives, and the Scottish Government
