Job Description
A Finance Business Partner role in the Scottish Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS), building on budgeting and customer engagement skills, with opportunities for career development, professional accountancy qualification, and exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Deliver high quality monthly financial reporting to agreed timescales
- Provide clear financial advice and support to budget holders and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to corporate financial exercises, including budget setting, forecasting, and year end processes
- Support the integrity of the financial ledger through reconciliations, journal processing, and regular review of financial data
- Review and challenge budget monitoring returns and forecasts
- Contribute to maintaining strong financial control across the Agency
