Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in automotive production and quality control concepts or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, quality or 10 years of related technical field experience
- Minimum of high school diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and mechanical assembly techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, approximately 10-40% of the time
