Job Description
Join Scout Motors and be part of shaping the future of transportation. As a launch Specialist for battery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless launch of our vehicles, specifically focusing on battery assembly related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in electric car assembly or experience in electric cars at OEM manufacturer
- Strong technical understanding of battery production processes
- Analytical skills to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders
