Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in an automotive environment, preferably in a Change Coordination or Program Management role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and criteria-based decision-making skills
- Proven (technical) problem solving skills
