Specialist, Project Steering

Scout Motors is seeking a Specialist, Project Steering to join their team in Blythewood, South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting of production equipment, managing the P-FMEA process, and coordinating with various departments to ensure risk management and OKR processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in automotive production
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, economics engineering, or related fields
• Expertise in achieving stable production processes and in-depth knowledge of project steering operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
