Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Treasury and Financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (advanced degree or CTP designation is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of financial and treasury principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in financial reporting and compliance
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (SAP TRM), ERP software (SAP FI/CO), Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and online banking portals
