Requirements

• Define and lead strategy for Scout's warranty platform and claims ecosystem
• Champion a modern, data-driven approach to warranty
• Solve operational challenges related to claim submission, validation, authorization, and approval workflows
• Lead product development for Scout's end-to-end warranty management solution
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners
• Operationalize products and lead rollout and adoption of warranty tools
• Drive technical excellence and collaborate with Scrum team
• Measure success and define KPIs
