As a Financial Due Diligence Director, you'll focus on middle-market transactions, serving dynamic organizations with experienced professionals who bring a full range of advisory services to validate, optimize and create value for the Transaction Advisory Practice.
Requirements
- Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups and commercial lenders
- Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate other Grant Thornton capabilities
- Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and strategic buyers
- Draft reports to socialize our findings around quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage business development activities, such as proposals, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership material
- Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work
- Manage, develop, train, coach and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
- Motivate others to perform at maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality of the services delivered
