The Partnership Tax Manager will conduct primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns, provide tax consulting services, and collaborate with the Partnership Tax team to provide accurate and high-quality tax services to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- Minimum six to ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience
- Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation and mergers & acquisitions is preferred
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
