Yardi Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Real Estate Funds

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge of real estate fund accounting, asset-level reporting, and investment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Yardi modules such as Voyager, Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, and Job Cost.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Yardi, ideally including Voyager, Investment Management, Fund Accounting, or related modules
• Strong understanding of real estate fund accounting, property operations, and investment reporting
• Experience designing workflows for capital events, NAV cycles, consolidations, valuations, and waterfall models in Yardi
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and validate complex financial outputs
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
