Job Description
The Welder/Fabrication/Maintenance Worker is responsible for fabricating and welding unique parts and assemblies required in all areas of the scrapyard, practicing safety at all times. The role involves various tasks such as repairing trailers, containers, and shredder maintenance, as well as keeping the welding area clean and safe.
Requirements
- Must be safety minded
- Must have working knowledge of safe welding and torching practices
- Minimum of 3 years welding experience
- Ability to use variety of hand tools required for fabrication, welding and repairs
