Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Dealer Business Manager or similar role in the equipment or manufacturing industry
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
• Willingness to travel frequently
