IT Specialist

Screen Machine Industries LLC is looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our innovative team. The IT Specialist will ensure the security of our IT infrastructure and provide technical support to our staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role (minimum 5 years)
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Excellent understanding of computer network systems, security, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud- based systems that underpin production, engineering and business operations. and various operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across cultures and time zones. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
