Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations and month-end close processes. The role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site in Aliquippa, PA, and offers approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related finance experience.
- Experience with AP, AR, and general ledger functions.
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the finance team.
