Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Success team and play a critical role in bringing Transpara into live clinical environments. This role is customer-facing, technical, and impact-driven, with direct ownership of deployments, upgrades, and operational success across U.S. healthcare institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
- Hands-on experience working with hospital IT environments and networked systems
- Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows and standards (DICOM required)
- Hands-on experience with cloud or hybrid deployments (AWS and/or Azure), including networking, security, and operational monitoring
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
- Experience deploying or supporting enterprise software in regulated environments
