Job Description
Support Controller in applying accounting and financial reporting standards, compliance, and preparation of government reporting requirements. Assist in financial statement close process, analyzing financial statements, and meeting reporting deadlines. Provide audit support and assist in compilation of information to external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and CPA required
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in taxation and financial reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SYSPRO accounting system and its processes
- Advanced proficiency Excel skills including Power Pivots, macros and advanced formulas
- Experience with large ERP software such as Syspro, Avalara, SAGE Fixed Assets a plus
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in Audits, Reviews and Compilations is a plus
- Experience in Financial Statements and applicable notes preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
