Assembler

Assemble complex electronic and mechanical products according to process guidelines and quality standards, including training co-workers, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality through audits and rework.

Requirements

• Assemble basic to complex products following documentation, prints, and bills of materials.
• Use soldering techniques (IPC certified) and troubleshoot/rework products as needed.
• Train and instruct co-workers on assembly methods.
• Maintain clean work areas to 5S standards.
• Assist in developing and improving Standardized Work documentation.
• Perform product audits and manage in-house calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Operate mechanical/electrical assembly tools and equipment.
• Follow safe working practices and company policies.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on gas detection equipment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
