Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will provide direct support to the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through project closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of construction experience or internships with a general contractor
- Exposure to commercial, residential, or industrial projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
