Bookkeeper

We are a growing small manufacturing company seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing accounting, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and production-related financial tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business setting
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and job costing
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
• Solid knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, and multi-state compliance (if applicable)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
