The Summer Conference Assistant will assist the Events department and clients with various summer events, including providing exceptional guest experience, coordinating registration, and setting up and taking down event sites.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks via written and direct instruction.
- Ability to effectively work with a wide variety of audiences.
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced and busy environments.
- Previous experience in event or conference planning is preferred.
Benefits
- Hourly pay rate: $16.90
