Scrum Studio is seeking a Program Manager to manage our global startup acceleration program. You will work with the team to foster innovation and connect innovative startups with leading Japanese corporations. The role involves program-related logistics, marketing, event planning, and business development support.

Requirements

• University graduate with 1-3 years of work experience as a project manager in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese are essential.
