The Digital and High-Frequency Electronics section at the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering seeks outstanding individuals for one or more Assistant, Associate and Full Professor positions focusing on telecommunications, signal processing, and antenna design. The successful applicants are expected to contribute to the development of academic programs and the research community.
Requirements
- A doctoral degree (PhD) in Telecommunications and Electronics, or a closely related and relevant field.
- Demonstrated potential for teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Relevant research expertise in one or more areas related to communications, signal processing, or antenna design.
- Demonstrated teaching abilities aligned with the content and responsibilities of the position for Assistant Professor position.
- A strong and documented track record of fundraising within the field relevant to the position for Associate Professor position.
- Significant experience supervising multiple PhD students and postdoctoral researchers for Full Professor position.
- International experience in a research environment different from the one in which the applicant completed their doctoral studies will be considered an advantage.
