Job Description
The University of Southern Denmark is inviting applications for two PhD positions within the ERC-funded project āMETABOA: Exploring the Unexplored with a Crawling Soft Robot.ā The positions are based in Odense, Denmark, and involve research in soft robotics, physical intelligence, and learning-based control. The project aims to advance fundamental understanding of friction-driven, limbless locomotion and contribute to next-generation adaptive robotic systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary research
- Prior experience in soft robotics and strong programming skills are highly desirable
- Eager to acquire new knowledge and skills
Benefits
- Salaries will be 36.608 DKK per month
