Job Description
A position as postdoc (50% time) in the field of validation and clinical implementation of user-operated audiometry is vacant at The Research Unit of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (ORL), the Department of Clinical Research, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Southern Denmark. The position will be combined with an employment at Odense University Hospital (OUH).
Requirements
- PhD degree from a Danish or foreign university in audiology, medical science, hearing technique, acoustics or related fields
- Speak Danish as the project involves a lot of patient contact
- Good skills in English oral and written
- Knowledge of statistical analyses using STATA or similar statistical packages
- Documented experience in research or projects from former studies or present job
- Knowledge of audiological measuring methods from a clinic
- Knowledge of hearing aid fitting
- Interest in audiology and ear diseases
