SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models to give drones the ability to understand and act in the physical world. We are looking for a Talent Partner to help scale SE3 by identifying, engaging, attracting and closing the best talent in our field.
Requirements
- Strong background in technical recruiting, with a preference for drone or robotics fields.
- Experienced working in a startup environment, dealing with ambiguity and getting stuck into a bit of everything.
- Deep sourcing expertise.
- Familiarity with a variety of tooling - including Ashby, Juicebox and others.
- Curiosity, grit, and an instinct for hire candidates in fields that are technically complex and high-impact.
- German speaker.
