Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Brigadier Automated Warehouses to strengthen the technical team of BNFW in Antwerp. As a brigadier, you will lead a team of technicians, plan and distribute tasks, and ensure safe and efficient operation of automated warehouses.
Requirements
- At least A2 in a technical direction or equivalent experience in an industrial or port environment
- Extensive technical knowledge in mechanics, electromechanics, maintenance techniques, etc.
- Natural leadership skills to delegate, motivate, and coach
- Ability to organize work efficiently and prioritize
- Safety-conscious and stress-resistant
- Very good Dutch language skills
- Driving license B and willingness to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends
