Requirements

• Master's degree, professional bachelor's degree, and/or proven experience in the maritime world
• Leadership experience
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility
• Stress-resistant, quality-conscious, and flexible
• Customer-friendly
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Interest in IT systems and MS Office programs
