Administrative Assistant (CA)

This position provides administrative and staff support services, including office work related to property management and general business operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person
• Answer telephone and handle messages
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager
• Maintain calendars, contact lists, and schedules
• Prepare and email a monthly meeting calendar
• Organize and maintain filing system
• Maintain applicable databases
• Update websites and provide updates to personnel/board members
