HOA Senior Community Manager (CA)

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a HOA Senior Community Manager to lead its team in providing exceptional service to homeowners' associations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leadership. The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for building longstanding relationships with Boards of Directors, managing community projects, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the industry, managing homeowners' associations, city government, or related experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations; effective in motivating and building strong teams.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building background/skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of management practices, accounting procedures, personnel practices, Association CC&Rs and Bylaws, inventory and procurement, contract relations, association maintenance and safety practices.
