Seasonal Part Time Lead Pool Monitor

Lead Pool Monitor is responsible for ensuring safe behavior at the swimming pools and associated facilities, enforcing posted rules and regulations, and providing a safe and family-friendly environment. The role requires previous experience as a Pool Monitor and/or Life Guard, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pool Monitor and/or Life Guard, preferably in an HOA or members-only aquatic facility
• Service oriented, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and exceptional grooming standards
• Ability to multi-task, accepts new responsibilities, be proactive, and take initiative and ownership of grievances, solving matters when appropriate
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
