
Job description
SEACORP is seeking Instructional Designers to develop high-quality learning content with an emphasis on user-centered design, UX, and accessibility. You will work with technical writers, engineers, and program stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear and usable visuals.
Design, develop, and document instructor-led, paper-based, and technology-delivered curricula and performance support solutions. Conduct needs assessments, work with SMEs, and produce training materials.
Experience in the full life cycle of the ISD process, developing engaging instructor-led training, web-based, and blended learning solutions. Conduct basic needs assessments and collect student feedback to recommend areas for improvement.
