5-10+ years of construction experience, Marine or heavy civil construction experience, Experience with seawalls, docks, pile driving, or waterfront infrastructure
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
5+ years of safety leadership experience, strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations, experience conducting incident investigations and safety training
Civil Construction Estimator - Site Development/Heavy Civil
3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction or site development, strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, and underground utility construction, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Project Manager
Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience in aggregate, heavy civil, or earthwork construction. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Superintendent
5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman, High school diploma or equivalent, Strong knowledge of earthwork, crushing operations, materials handling, and site logistics
Civil Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction
2-6 years of experience in heavy civil or similar projects, EIT, and strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and drainage systems
Maintenance Technician - HVAC Certified
5+ years of HVAC experience, certified HVAC Technician, and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
