Job Description
Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) to support commercial and residential properties, performing HVAC installation, repair, and service, as well as general maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Certified HVAC Technician
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and service
- Proven experience working with RTU and split systems in commercial settings
- Strong general maintenance skills across multiple trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
