Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Performs technical and mechanical maintenance, responds to resident service requests, and supports the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance
• HVAC certification
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license
• Customer-service oriented
• Strong attention to detail
