Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property, performing routine maintenance, handling resident service requests, and supporting the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance
• HVAC certification
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
