The Facilities team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of all infrastructure systems at Seagate Singapore. The incumbent will lead the planning, operation, and maintenance of building and utility systems to support 24/7 manufacturing activities.

- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, chillers, electrical distribution, fire protection, and utility systems.
- Proven experience in project management for facility installations, upgrades, and renovations.
- Strong background in compliance, risk management, and safety practices (SCDF, EMA, NEA, BCA, MOM; ISO 9001/14001/45001).
- Hands-on management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Vendor and contractor management, including performance evaluation and cost justification.
- Energy management and sustainability initiatives, with experience in monitoring and improving utility consumption.
- Asset and documentation management, including CMMS/BMS/EMS systems.
- Leadership in training, manpower planning, and technical support for facilities teams.
- Crisis and incident management, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
