Vice President of Sales & Service

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Service to drive the global go-to-market strategy and organization, expanding Seakeeper's share and ownership of the gyrostabilization market. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sales, strategy, and/or operations leadership
• Strategic mindset and ability to proactively drive operational priorities
• Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching and developing a growing team
• Experience supporting teams, partners, and products operating at a global scale
• Analytical mindset, comfortable deriving and communicating insights from data
• Exceptional commercial orientation, including customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing communications to Boards, investors, and executive leadership
• Experience in B2B channels with OEMs, Dealers, and Distributors
• Technical aptitude to understand electro-mechanical systems
• Bachelors degree in a related field
