Supervises and trains Production Associates to ensure efficient operation of machines through work planning and assignment, job set-up, material selection, tool, machine and facility maintenance and problem solving.
Requirements
- Associates degree (AA) in a technical discipline and 1-2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software and Microsoft office programs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools
- Mechanical/technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
