Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst – SAP SD to ensure the seamless operation of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes worldwide. The successful candidate will lead and maintain a strategic mindset, drive operational excellence, and partner with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless support for SAP SD and its integration with other critical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 2–4 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey SAP SD-related information to both technical and non-technical audiences across cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in complex SAP environments.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to deliver and meet deadlines in a fast-paced support environment.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external, local and global team members.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones.
