Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role is responsible for assisting Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Operator, and Plant Leadership with machine issues and special projects as needed to maintain the facility safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Respond immediately to issues as requested in regard to Safety, Quality, and Production.
- Complete schedule preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Troubleshooting of electrical systems and control panels with component installations.
- General machine maintenance including rebuilding and replacing machine components.
- Improvement projects or action items on āoff-lineā equipment, components, and auxiliary pieces.
- Facility projects including but not limited to machine installation, relocation, and renovations.
- Complete maintenance log entries accurately.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
