Press Operator

Sealed Air is seeking a highly motivated Press Operator to work at their St. Joseph, MO plant. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and be trained on a state-of-the-art W&H Printing Press. Previous color printing experience is encouraged but not required.

Requirements

• Change and match inks for production
• Load and unload material from the presses using defined equipment
• Set-up and print both surface and reverse print on multiple types of substrates
• Perform all required quality checks prior to producing all production orders
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Assist maintenance and process technician in troubleshooting
• Follow the production schedule and complete production paperwork
• Provide adequate turnover to the oncoming shift
• Coordinate special projects as they are assigned
• Break out operators for lunches/breaks and fill in where/when required
• Safely lift 40#, weight of solvent and ink buckets
