Process Engineer

Sealed Air is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize operations, implement process controls, and maximize safety, quality, and profitability. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of process technologies and be able to deliver improvements in customer quality and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Maintain a culture of safety first always
• Develop processes to be trouble free and strive for success every time
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support team with escalated trouble shooting
• Owns Loss Analysis of the Line/s and engages the line team in loss analysis
• Identify process bottlenecks and develop improvements to maximise product yield
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver results using LEAN and Six Sigma methodology
