Job Description
Production Supervisor (Group Performance Leader) responsible for driving daily production execution, leading hourly teams, and delivering safety, quality, and performance results on the production floor. Hands-on manufacturing leader required.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise production teams across assigned shifts to meet daily production schedules and KPIs
- Manage and coach Team Performance Leads (TPLs) and hourly production associates
- Drive results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Engagement (SQDCE)
- Monitor production metrics and implement actions to improve throughput, efficiency, and cost control
- Coordinate with Maintenance to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Lead daily performance meetings and cross-functional problem-solving discussions
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and directly influence site safety culture
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to safety, quality, and performance
- Administer coaching, feedback, and corrective action in alignment with company policies
- Communicate company strategy, site goals, and operational priorities to production teams
- Support and sustain Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives
