Job Description
This position is the leader of all areas of production on a 12-hour shift, with 60% of the time minimum on the production floor. The Team Leader will enforce safety processes, ensure quality on shift, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred 2-year post-secondary degree in technical discipline
- 1-2 years minimum manufacturing background, experience in Leadership, Assembly, Injection Molding, Quality Control, Material Handling, Warehouse, or other departments in Liquibox
