Job Description
The Team Performance Leader (TPL) is accountable for leading daily shift operations and assisting the Management team as needed to meet performance goals. This role will also be responsible for meeting continuous improvement objectives, monitoring the performance of the team, and taking appropriate actions when an individual or team is not meeting goals in safety, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Computer knowledge (SAP, Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated safety commitment
- Positive work history with an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional presentation and negotiation skills
