Job Description
The Senior Safety and Assurance Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance, leadership, and support to develop, deliver, and continuously improve SeaLinkās health, safety, environmental, and risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- NZ Certificate Health & Safety Level 6, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in a health and safety advisory role
- Knowledge of contemporary health and safety principals
- Proven project management experience
- Strong ability to build relationships, influence senior leaders and operational teams, and lead initiatives and projects that embed safe, sustainable practises
