Director of Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in developing and executing demand generation and lead nurturing programs
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
