Job Description
SW+ is seeking a motivated and talented Construction Administration Project Manager to support site civil projects in their rapidly growing Mount Pleasant, SC Office. The role involves administrative and field support for site projects, reviewing construction documents, and facilitating construction closure. The company emphasizes a collaborative and mentorship-focused work environment.
Requirements
- Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Communicate effectively with Development Team members.
- Organize meetings, prepare status reports, and schedule inspections.
- Respond to questions and requests for information on construction activities.
