Bioanalytical Co-Op -Northeastern University Students

Seaport Therapeutics is seeking a co-op student for a lab-based bioanalysis position to be part of our Discovery team.

Requirements

• Executing in vitro experiments, using LC-MS, for the screening of lipid prodrugs to support preclinical discovery
• Processing and analyzing in vivo samples (plasma, lymph fluid, etc.) to generate DMPK data for various prodrugs
• Contributing to the development and optimization of LC-MS methods for both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Routine use and troubleshooting of LC-MS instrumentation
• Documenting all experiments using an electronic notebook and analyzing data for reports and regular internal presentations
